DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Here is my sequence of events that has happened please read slowly!

My move was set to arrive on 18 July 24 it did NOT arrive until 9 August 24 which resulted in my paying 4600$ in motel bills

The independent o/op wanted 1000$ plus 1400$ that I was overcharged from my original estimate

My total expenses were approximately 9300$

The moving in company screwed everything up with an upside down tv with no legs wouldn't put together my desk and said we don't put anything together

I cannot do this as I am a disabled veteran

They rarely returned my phone calls and they proclaimed military moves with 1 truck! IMPOSSIBLE!

They pick up your furniture and then they use an I/O to deliver who wants the remainder CASH ONLY!

In closing I am filing a complaint with the BBB and FMSCA

I may have to go to the gofund me page to get back on my feet thanks to this crooked company

I may file a lawsuit after I get back on my feet

I recently utilized the services of USA Moving Corporation for my relocation from New York to California, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service I received. Driver forgot king size mattress, new tall dresser, tall file cabinet. Hardware for king size bed was lost so delivery team could not properly assemble bed. I had to buy new hardware and hire someone else to assembly. I never received the $200 credit I was promised months ago.
What would help is for management to be more responsive and keep their word.
