If I could choose 0 stars, I would. Purchased a shower system for $1000.00, high end. The wrong instructions were included for installation. Returned the item in a different box and with different internal packaging and they rejected the refund because it’s not in the “original” packaging. The system itself self was wrapped in all the original cloth and untouched, never installed. Customer service is a voicemail and they do not return calls. No response to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought a waterfall faucet there and one piece arrived broken.
Tried to contact them but they never replied to their phone or email.
I would not recommend this business.

The shower panel arrived damage . Call to wonderland response was that the damaged panel is a “flimsy” piece of aluminum that is supposed to look like that . I am waiting for repair part . Install instructions are horrible . Links on Womderland send you to a shopping website. Description of product states lights are battery powered b/c water generators clog . But the unit they sent has a water generator . I had to call CS 5 times to get someone to answer , and the people that do answer dont know the product .

I have purchased over $4,000.00 of Wonderland Showers for homes I have built. Their customer service is below average. I been requesting a replacement hose for one of the units for 4 months without getting a replacement. I have a second wand also having signs of hose failure. Customer service does not respond with replacement parts.

Exactly as ordered. Arrived within 3 days. Tracking number provided, We wanted a complicated shower with overhead, wand and body jets. We found this website but there were no trustpilot reviews at the time. However, I did ring the contact number and got to speak to the team. I thought my credit card would probably protect me if I had and issue but the shower elements came as described and look of good quality.
