A complete disappointment. Looks nothing like the picture. Material looks and feels like plastic, the size is completely off, shape or lack thereof terrible. I paid about $14 extra for express shipping and it took over a month to receive it from China. I reached out and every obstacle was set in place to prevent a return or refund. I would never order again or recommend.

False advertisiing Their specifications indicate that the 250th anniversary cap for the USA is an embroidered product. What they shipped was a cheap cap with an iron-on decal. They have a written guarantee for 100% refund if not completely satisfied. They very politely apologised for the product fraud and offered me a 10% refund. I will be disputing the charge with PayPal. READ THE REVIEWS AND PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK. This is a company that is fraudulently ripping off its customers routinely.
WARNING - This company does not comply with the advertised specifications, and they don't honor their written guarantee!

Good product, fair price

My hubby loves the shirts that I got him for Xmas! Great material and graphics!

The shirt looks nice and the fit was good but the material was very cheap and started to split with the first wear.

Easy to order, arrived within days and my husband loved the quality of the shirts.

This is a great company but I did expect better quality.

Horrible quality. The shirt was nothing at all like pictured. I read on the website that there was an “easy return policy.” That was furthest from the truth. After searching and searching I discovered the “return address” was somewhere in China. This was nothing more than a rip-off. I actually threw the shirt away in disgust which I’ve never done before with any product. Just a tough lesson to learn I guess.

Poor Quality - the shirt is poor quality and is smaller than expected. Shipping was much longer than expected/promised. My guess is, this is from China, something you would expect from Wish.com. I would not do business with USA Patriott again. When I tried looking into the expected arrival, their site was down. I was going to call my CC company and refute the charge, and then the shirt showed up a day later.

Customer service is prompt and works to resolve any issues you may have.

My husband loves his shirts, the first ones were too small, but after contacting them they sent us a larger size and he is proudly wearing them.

The shirt was too small in the length of the arms when I ordered it. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a larger size for no charge or return for the first shirt as it would cost too much to send back. I am very happy with their customer service and the 2nd shirt fit perfectly!

You replaced the not sized correctly shirt with the proper size at no charge, thank you very much great service!

Mailed from China, very low quality. To my surprise the shirt looked and fit nice. However, after one day of wear the material was starting to come apart and there were pulls in the fabric after just one wear.

Horrible clothing, crap for material, does not look like the website, waste of money....never again
