U-Save Catania Airport provides car rental from a desk at Via Giuseppe La Rena Fondo 4, inside VIP Car Parking, serving travellers arriving at Catania Airport (CTA) in the Catania area. To reach the desk, exit the terminal and walk past terminal C, then follow the signs for VIP Car Parking. The rental station is about 300 metres from the airport and is easily reached on foot. If you need help finding it, call the branch using the number in the branch details on this page. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–22:00. Public holidays: 09:00–20:00.

Amazing friendly staff
Los 5 estrellas son de verdad para la empleada que me ayudó recogiendo y devolviendo el coche. No por el upgrade, probalmente no había un Yaris, pero per la profesionalidad y ser dan natural y amable! Yo alquilo un coche cada semana en algún posto así se valorar su servicio. El modelo del coche era muy bueno pero no estaba limpio cuando lo recojo. Y aún page la cleaning fee por adelante limpié el coche. El resto gracias a la colega perfecto!

Find another Car Hire Comapny
On arrival, there was no one at the desk. Two girls returned, ignored me and started typing into their screens. I had to ask to be attended to.
There was then an aggressive sales pitch about buying insurance despite having taken out full protection with Jet2. The cost for one week for a Toyota Aygo was £260. I declined which was not easy.
I was then asked to pay for the car to be washed on its return. OK, its only 14Euros, but that's a first on any previous car hire.
I was handed a piece of paper with all the faults and scratches which was difficult to read as in a mix of Italian and English but in tiny tiny writing. Threatened with losing my 900 Euros deposit if there was any markings on its return - as I hadn't bought the insurance- the car had a missing hub cap and lots of scratches.
Five minutes in to the first journey away from the airport, the tyre pressure light came on and after stopping at a garage to have it checked, the engineer couldn't reset it as the button was broken.
There was no screen wash in the car to clean the front or back windows.
An altogether unpleasant experience and I wouldn't recommend this company

Costi extra poco chiari
L’aereo ha ritardato,la chiusura del noleggio era prevista alle 22:00 mi hanno aspettato sono arrivato alle 22:15 e mi hanno addebitato 60€ per noleggestra orario per soli 15 minuti. non mi vedranno più

Inoltre va pagato in anticipo invece di essere riconosciuto a fine noleggio in caso la macchina ne abbia davvero bisogno...

An easy and good rental
It was easy to rent, to pick-up the car, to leave it and the deposit was returned quickly. The car was a higher class, very new, clean and without any damages.
The staff, especially when I returned the car, was GREAT.

Horrible!
Voiture réservée en juillet pour octobre, arrivée sur place (Catane, Sicile) la dame désagréable à l'accueil n'a pas voulu prendre ma carte qui est bien une carte de credit (écrit dessus).
Bizarrement si je prenais une assurance en plus à 400€ la ça marchait. J'ai du prendre en urgence un autre véhicule chez une autre agence avec un coût 10 fois plus élevé!
Location vraiment à fuir!

Personale gentile, noleggio rapido, con proposta di upgrade auto a parità di prezzo
Il personale del desk è stato cortese e veloce, mi ha anche proposto un'alternativa migliore rispetto all'auto che avevo prenotato. La riconsegna è stata altrettanto veloce. L'auto era pulita, tenuta bene e non ha manifestato alcun problema (una fiat 500 dolcevita con 55.000km). Ho messo la carta di credito in garanzia e l'assicurazione è stata acquistata su un sito diverso da u-save (in caso di incidente, si anticipa con la carta di credito messa a garanzia e successivamente ci si rivale sull'assicurazione), per cui non mi è stata proposta.

Alles super, das Auto war sehr schwer zu dokumentieren, sehr viele Dellen und kratze.
Aber bei der Rückgabe überhaupt kein Problem. Musste auch nicht lange warten.
