Complete bait and switch, avoid at all cost. Started with $390, then $450, then $800 because it’s “snowbird” season (though the bike was coming from AL to PA, the opposite of snowbirds. The only reason I agreed to the final price of $700 was because he promised he had a driver nearby, and everything was good to go. Magically, when I completed the contract - the driver “stopped answering him.”

“John” began getting combative when I started to question him, telling me he wasn’t scared that I’m a state over from him (like, why??) Absolute trash customer service and process from start to finish. Go anywhere else. I’ve got the texts to back my claim.

negotiated favorable prices with the client for $800 and took 50% in advance. He provided us with a car for delivery from Texas to Ohio at a price twice as high - $ 1,200. The client did not agree to pay us upon delivery because his contract stated a smaller amount. We transported the car for free, the broker earned $ 400. US CAR SHIP & TRUCKING sent us a contract with the client that was forged in Photoshop.

I WAS QUOTED $450 FOR SHIPPING A MOTORCYCLE. I HAD AN UNLIMITED TIME WINDOW SO LET THEM CHOOSE SHIP DATE. THEY INFORMED ME IT WOULD BE PICKED UP IN 6 DAYS. 8 DAYS LATER STILL NO ONE SHOWED AND THE EXCUSE WAS THEY DIDN'T REALIZE THE 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY WOULD HAVE THE DRIVER TAKING OFF (BS).THEY THEN PUT ME OFF FOR 2 MORE WEEKS WITH ME EMAILING FOR UPDATES EVERY 2 DAYS. THE AGENT (MIKE WATSON) CONTINUALLY STATED HE COULD FIND SOMEONE TO HAUL IT FOR TWICE THE AGREED QUOTE BUT WAS NOT GOING TO DO IT AT THE PRICE AGREED. 2 MORE WEEKS OF THIS THEN I GAVE IN AND AGREED TO $730 JUST TO GET THE MOTORCYCLE. ON 3 MORE OCCASIONS THEY HAD A PICKUP DATE SET AND IT DID NOT HAPPEN, THIS TIME BLAMING THE STURGIS RALLY. FINALLY ON AUGUST 8TH A DRIVER CALLED AND PICKED UP MY MOTORCYCLE. THE NEXT MORNING AFTER THE DRIVER HAD POSSESSION US CAR SHIP(MIKE) EMAILED ME THAT THE TERMS HAVE CHANGED AGAIN IT I WOULD NEED TO PAY MORE OR NOT GET MY BIKE. HE STATED HE PAID THE DRIVER $150 AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE OTHER $150 OVERCHARGE. I THEN CONTACTED THE DRIVER AND SHIPPER AND THEY CONFIRMED THEY DID NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING AND I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL PAYMENT.
I FINALLY RECEIVED THE BIKE ON AUGUST 10TH, 6 WEEKS FROM THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT DATE AND WAS TOLD I MUST SIGN A NEW CONTRACT TO GET IT. I DID NOT.

They use predatory tactics and use bair and switch to get your. they started out at 300 but raised it all the way to 1000. They took deposit and refused to refund when i changed my mind.

Hello everyone, my experience with this company was 100% satisfying. I was trying to get my Trike bike from Virginia to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I hooked up with two different companies both Let me down. They gave me a prize a morning of the Pick up text me that the truck broke down. The other company wanted more money the day of the Pick up this company that exactly what they were supposed to do. I spoke to Jayson Lee, and he took care of everything. I was worried in the beginning. But everything you promised I got I would use them again and again and again thank you so much really appreciate it.
