Customer service is now under investigation by Hudson law enforcement. Trustpiolt is also in there state. So more facts of us car ship and trucking
Us car ship and trucking has now just gone to calling me names. And copied and past the same response. They have a email that says email for proof. Funny thing I’ve had 20 people in 5 states ask for it. No response. Go figure. I’ve asked 3 times myself. Trustpiolt won’t let me copy and paste the same thing. Double standard you think.

Delivery got here as expected little bumps on the rode but most definitely will use these guys again keep up the good work

Eric William's work very hard from the beginning to the end. Even though all the logistics problems and errors Mr. Williams stayed the course he communicated directly to me and my brother.I do recommend Mr Eric Williams to assist you in getting your vehicle to your desired destination.

This company is the worst of the worst. Friendly salesman with a strong Indian accent goes by fake name of Max Hudson scammed me out of $175. Promised to deliver a shipping container for $875 when others were asking $2000+. I should have seen this as the red flag it was! After delay and excuse and even LYING multiple times, saying the driver was in the area when he was not, saying they needed to purchase a bigger winch. One more day. Then another day. Then FINALLY, after even signing a contract at the $875 price, they call to say it will be over $1100! Scammers!! They would not refund my deposit even though they defaulted on the contract. Do NOT do business with this place. They are NOT registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration even though they advertise to be. Run! They will take your money and LIE to you. I'm reporting to every agency I can find.

As a traveling professional it is very important to have trusted people who can deliver on their promises! It was a pleasure working with Eric Williams and US Car Ship & Trucking. I am a lifetime client after such a great and seamless experience.

Fraud and liars, Will quote you one price and then the day of pickup, double it or more. then even when unable to complete the delivery, failed to refund the deposit. Only after posting a YELP review did I get a phone call from James Ron, begging to remove the review and then they would refund my deposit....BUt yet, still no deposit refund...almost two months now.

Had a good experience payed their deposit and 3 days later the car came at a little lower then the estimated price. Communication was great on timing and delivery. I will definitely be using this shipper again when I buy a car from across the country. They held up there end great. I'm very happy to have gotten this car here.
