It was a little contentious in the beginning because I didn’t know the procedure. But James Matthew’s did a pretty good job keeping my head in the game. I would definitely use them again should the need arise!

This company is fraud and total scam they gave me a quote of $450 and at last moment they charge $1850 to ship my car when I was in trouble and stuck in bad situation they guys are not in America they are working from another country in call center and doing scam Be aware and donot trust on them liars and theifs once my vehicle reached bumper was damage and side mirrors were removed and stolen stay away from them Scammers.

I am not able to give this company a 0. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Agreed on a price with Elsa. On the day they were supposed to pick up my car, never showed up and wanted double the price that was agreed upon... still arguing with them for the deposit back and its been months. They are not a veteran or military friendly company. The only reason this site has good reviews is because the employees write them.

Mark Adams did a great job getting a truck under my car in good time. Delivered shortly after that!

We had a great experience. All the process was smooth no issues. Our dispatcher Mike Watson was super helpful. I will work with this company again.

Due to payment issues at the time, carrier allowed a driver who was not apart of the shipment order to haul my motorcycle. Price quoted was 450.00 and went up to 750.00. 550.00 due on delivery. Paypal was used to setup and shouldve been used for delivery, but was not. Dispatcher was not respectful calling me a scammer as a result, I have 550.00 cash money waiting for your DRIVER WHO HAS STOLEN MY PROPERTY AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE AS WELL AS HE IS. 2500.00 IS WHAT YOU OWE FOR THE MOTORCYCLE HE STOLE PLUS LEGAL FEES, NOW DELIVER MY BIKE ASAP! When you quote a price from the beginning ALWAYS ENSURE YOU KEEP THE PRICE YOU QUOTE!. 2. NEVER EVER DISRESPECT THE CUSTOMER. 3. From start to finish Simon Smith was not only easy to work with but very quick and professional with his responses. Vehicle was delivered with no problems at all and I will definitely be using his services again.

All the communication was through text and it was easy, fast and trustable. No fees upfront and the delivery was fast and it’s a door delivery. Overall had a great experience.

On Monday 9/30 I was contacted by David James regarding my transport request of moving my motorcycle from upstate NY to Central Florida. After giving David needed info and agreeing on terms, he had a driver en route to pick up my bike within 5 hours! My bike left NY Monday night and arrived at my home Wednesday morning. I don't know the driver's name but he was 5 stars as well! My bike was with 2 Porsche vehicles in an enclosed trailer and was professionally secured with no dings or scratches upon arrival! I had spoken with other shippers but appreciated the devotion and expedience that David provided so I'm happy with my choice; any future shipping needs will be a "one phone call" first step! Thank you David and driver guy! ACES to both!!

The review from Hannah Ryan on September 16 is exactly the same review as Taylor on September 19. Word for word . And these were even verified from trust pilot . This is an un arguable fact . I have reported it. They tried to raise my wire by $2,000 at the last minute. I wish I would of read the reviews first. Exactly what the negative reviews said . Any one that wants to use them knowing my experience go ahead and see for yourself . I can’t help it if the facts reveal the obvious .

Once again, Tim made the process smooth and easy. He booked a great transport driver to that delivered quickly with no issues. Thanks for the great service.
