I have been using Inbox for half a year now, and I am happy with the application. It has a friendly interface for creating newsletters, it is able to handle many contacts and has great deliverability.

UseInbox is an intuitive and very user-friendly tool to make an attractive newsletter. It works very much like WordPress where you need to drag and drop elements to build the newsletter. Customer support was also responsive whenever I faced any problems.

I come from sendy, which is software I am very comfortable with.
The only difficulty is that I always have to manually update the software and it doesn't have a block html editor.
So I'm always looking for a functional and economical alternative.
I am testing inbox and find it very convenient and am considering doing the switch.
At the moment I find it a great alternative.
It has flaws though.
The biggest is that it is young and not as widespread as other services, so if you want to integrate into the platforms you usually use, you have to work a little, or use zapier.

Great Marketing tool. Been using Inbox email marketing for the past few months, beats Mailchimp. Especially HTML editor. Seems to be best in class.
Some improvements are still needed, but Inbox is quite new tool, so it's just a question of time when updates will come.

We have used Mailchimp and Getresponse for our projects, which is quite pricey if you have a big email list, so we were looking for a cost-effective platform to run our email marketing campaigns.

Then we found UseInBox with generous plans/limits.

Once we got to know what was possible, it became straightforward to create and run successful campaigns.

I have been using Inbox for the last six months. I find it very comprehensive to my needs. I particularly like the HTML facility where you can create different styled newsletters. It is straightforward to use. I also love the events function–where I can send out notifications of any training events that I am putting on. It offers a CSV function where you can upload contact lists. I have found it easy to use and would recommend it for businesses who want an email marketing platform as it has a low learning curve.

I was a Kirim Email user and I shifted to UseInbox because of the easy workflows and integration on the platform. Customer support is really helpful if there is any problem. I have multiple brands and I can manage them all in one account without switching the logins. They have really nice landing pages designs which are almost perfect for any type of campaign.

I have just started my eCommerce and was looking for an email tool that can help collect and send out email marketing campaign. Then I found INBOX on Appsumo.com and I tested it.

The result was very good and I am very happy about it. Nice UX and easy tool to design my campaign. Build in templates makes this app is very useful. I can even use the automation tool to send out messages to my shoppers.

I've begin diving into UseInbox and I'm very impressed with what they have done. I have been using MailChimp and Klaviyo in the past but UseInbox has incredible functionality and much better pricing in my opinion. I've really enjoyed becoming familiar with UseInbox and look forward to utilizing it quite in-depth as I begin the transfer over. Great job to the team at UseInbox.

This is one of the email platforms I use daily, it is super easy and simple to use. It has all the features you would ever need for your email marketing campaigns. What I like about it is simplicity, UX is thoughtfully placed and intuitive. UI has some room for improvement but is still better than most other platforms.

Also, there are automations, which help me with automating my email strategy and makes my life so much easier! Overall it is a good platform for sending emails and works without issues. One thing that I dislike is the Form builder, needs improvement in that area, especially UI. Support is good and quick to respond. If you are looking for an email marketing platform, I would recommend you should definitely try UseINBOX, you wont go wrong!

I'm pleased with Inbox. It's straightforward to use. We were looking for a drag/drop solution to our email templating needs, and it is precisely that. It is effortless to complete a monthly newsletter because we can duplicate previous templates and edit the content. I would recommend it to friends!

For us it was very easy to implement in our workflow. WE love how it has made our internal memos very professional and on point.

Useinbox provides much useful statistical analysis for email campaigns. Their form builder is user friendly :)

Inbox makes reaching prospect's inbox easier with simple but effective automation and great deliverability. The WYSIWYG editor could be improved, rest everything shines through.The ready templates are professionally designed and they do save a lot of time. This is especially good for newsletters. Support for transactional emails further adds to the overall usefulness

I am planning to start a newsletter and would be using Inbox specifically for that use case. I like the simplicity and the deliverability is great as well. Setting up my email is pretty easy so they have got the onboarding dialled in. There lot for feature I'm yet to discover

I love the interface. Support is very responsive. Email marketing has never been this easy. Importing a list is simple. I highly recommend Inbox.

Easy to use and UI is great. Had no issues with all of the campaigns we have done so far. Also the analytics allowed us to assess where we need to make adjustments with our mailing lists.

InBox is a simple but powerful email marketing platform. It's easy for me to do a/b split testing while managing the different brands I work with. I used to use two platforms. Now I just use InBox. Still, I wish I'd discovered the tool a lot earlier, but I'm happy that I found it.

I have had INBOX now for around 4-6 months and have been very pleased with the service platform. It has a nice clean interface and fast responsive customer service. Most importantly is that it has always had excellent deliverability for me as well.

The cost is highly competitive for the marketplace the and the platform is solid.
The company seems to be motivated to continue to grow and I look forward to seeing what all that entails. I would love to see them incorporate automation as that would be a great icing on the cake.
