Inbox is one of the best and most complete solutions for eMail Marketing for entrepreneurs and agencies. A significant advantage is that the platform offers an entire ecosystem to capture, maintain, and engage with my clients automatically. And it integrates with other solutions. Inbox is a Must-Have Solution for business owners and marketers. Since I started using Inbox, I got plenty of processes and communication improvements internally and externally. Automating and scheduling task is the best part´: it saves time, enhances the experience, and increases engagement. As a result, I'm increasing conversions while reducing costs. Excellent mailchimp alternative, good price for many features. Webhooks / automations already there, with more on roadmap. Very easy set up. Finalement good UI/UX : simplicity is the key for a fluid interface. Nice service, nice people

Great tool to have

I'm using many email sender for various small business that I have. It has very clean interface, has all the functionalities that I need.

I have a plan with unlimited sends which is a real benefit. I don't have limited contacts which I want to send multiple emails and this tool really helps in that.

After 3 months use, compare with other tools, i found inbox is one of the most effective if you have multiple brand. Inbox give me better experience due its simplicity, good delivery rate, and good support.

Everything works as expected (lists, segments) . Some of the newest tools, even mailchimp, has removed the list features, which still work for me.

For me, inbox is a tools that finally help me through for email marketing. A lifesaver for small agency like me.

Inbox is a very functional and easy-to-use platform. It is incredibly easy to set up. Moreover, it can be maintained very easily. This is indeed an extraordinary tool for sending email campaigns. It has simplified communication with its smart email marketing functions.
The biggest positive point about Inbox is that it has almost no limitations, budget friendly and straight forward UI. For my personal requirements just needed some development on API's.

I have been using inbox for a while now and very impressed with its easy to use interface along with beautifully created templates. It’s makes my email marketing real quick. Very helpful and responsive team with great communication and regular updates. Hope they keep continue with the same always.

UseInbox isn't a simple email sending service, it has an amazing newsletter feature (with many templates) and powerful segmentation options. High deliverability and with many options to keep your emails safe from unfair filters. Hundreds of other clients will say the same: recommended.

Just activated my account and found inbox, wow easy to use in 3 minutes was able to send out quality email newsletter, welcome mail for customer and automations which is a big winner.

I became part of the INBOX family many months ago after an excellent AppSumo deal. It's an excellent mailing system.

- It's excellent value for money, especially if you don't need heavy marketing automation
- Generous contact allowances, multiple clients / domains. Some other provider let you have more contacts but limit your emails more heavily.
- Nice, clear SPF, DKIM and DMARC flags to reassure you are set up properly to use INBOX with the domains you are using. This always does my head in with most providers. They are pretty good.
- The HTML email editor works really well for me - I find them really annoying in MailChimp and Sendy and so far this has been a great experience - stable, simple to use.
- Support: got back to me pretty quickly (I am in NZ well out of the timezone!)
- Deliverability so far is OK.
- Really clear post-mailing reports.

There have been a few hiccups - the importing of contacts can be patchy (there was a bug ages ago that's probably fixed which means it didn't like importing to custom fields if any of them had blank data).

And they'll take a while to check you out at first - most good providers are like this, so don't expect to email 10K people out of the box without giving them plenty of time to check you out.

Wish they supporting tagging like Mailchimp, but you can't have everything! And you can segment, just not in the same way. Overall, highly recommended.

It was good experience working on SaaS tool like INBOX for email marketing. It full fill all our needs of email marketing. Nice UI UX and brillient back end engine for sending emails.

This tool is really easy to use, I got it in order to send newsletter to my B2B clients and work really well, my clients receive the email, and I can see the reports of my campaigns really clear on their dashbord.
