Firstly a mistake was made with the spelling of my name on the eticket. I discovered this shortly before we were due to depart and contacted them, they said I had to pay £50 to get the ticket changed. It was obviously their mistake but as time was of the essence I did. I also paid £252 for my husband (very tall) to have an extra legroom seat. However when we got on the plane this had not happened. Since the journey was to New Zealand he had a terrible journey. For the return flights he paid the airline directly to get the extra legroom seat. I ordered vegetarin meals for myslef but this was not passed onto the airline either. Now they are refusing to reimburse me for the £302 I am owed.

I discovered that their prices were significantly lower than those of other companies, and my booking process was smooth and trouble-free.

Booked three tickets with UselectHolidays, had a baggage issue and they fixed it fast. Great Service.

Found uselcttravels on dealchecker; the price listed was the price charged. Tickets arrived by email within a hour, and I confirmed them on the airline's website. Checked out their London office too-- it's legit and stagged by real people.

The team was incredibly polite and professional, quickly resolving my queries. They promptly emailed me the tickets with the correct baggage details and assured me that they were available for my further assistance if needed. I've booked several holidays with Peter, and his customer service has consistently been excellent.

Excellent customer service as usual from Samir, this is why I would always book my Australia flights. It may cost a wee bit more booking with hi over the phone compared to their site, but it's worth every penny to get such amazing service. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

I have been booking with them for years.

Took our money and never give us valid ticket. This was confirmed with Airline directly who told us non of our five seats has been issued.
Called them over 11 times and spent total of 5 hours on the phone, all of them including Craig, Peter, Sana, Alex are bunch of liars. They all said wait 24 hours and we waited for 45 days and still no ticket and no refund.
Uselect is one of the trading names used by 360 travel group which is the main scammer.

Excellent customer service, made a mistake on my booking and of was sorted out free of charge quickly and promptly.

If I couldn’t give them 0 start I would, THIS PLACE IS FRAUD THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WHEN YOU GO TO THE AIRPORT YOUR NAME WOULD NOT EXIST IN THE FLIGHT and they’re customer service is the worst
