I never thought it’d be this easy and convenient to get a prescription! I didn’t need to schedule with a doctor’s appointment, but was able to submit for a prescription through a legitimate doctor that the company provides. Communication was very open and easy and specific, and I was able to send my prescription to any pharmacy I chose. They even provided a means to get a discount on the prescription, and was there with me every step of the way! Great service!

A couple of issues came up and TEMI responded and made it right immediately. No problems smooth transaction. Would definitely use again.

I'd heard about Temi through a friend who's part of the team, so when I needed a prescription refill and couldn't get to a doctor in person, I reached out to see if they could help. Everything happened online: I chatted with their team, told them what I needed, and they connected me with a provider who handled the actual prescription. No office visit required.

I had to pay $15 for the service, which felt worth it for how smooth the experience went, especially the follow-up. I wasn't picking up my meds right away, and about a week before I was set to grab them, their team had already called my Walgreens to confirm the stock was there and everything was ready. I also don't have insurance, and they helped me find a coupon that took my medication from around $2,000 down to about $70. It was a life-saver.

I am so happy that I became a TEMI customer! I am a Traveling Welder and making time for doctors appointments and handling medication refills can be very difficult due to the nature of my job. TEMI is helping remove some of the insane bureaucracy from a simple need: a prescription refill.

I have used Temi 3 times. Twice for new medications and once for renewing a prescription. My need was precipitated by moving from Maryland back to Florida; with the move, my health care relationships changed.

On this refill, the pharmacy was not responsive 3 days after getting the refill request. TEMI reached out to me proactively, switched the pharmacy, and we are now back on track.

First time using TEMI for my routine medication refill. Excellent, timely refill without any issues at a fair price. Was given a 90 day supply since it was a chronic medication, which is also a plus, quick turnaround. Highly recommend for a time-saving, cost effective way to refill routine medications, at a lower cost than my deductible to see a physician. Great service, keep up the good work!

I’ve been using Temi for a month and I can say with confidence that Temi is a great service. The switched to them from Ro. Their service is remarkable, the did doctor was very kind and setup is easy. I was initially concerned with timing from the switch b/w companies, especially regarding missing doses, but my shipment actually arrived earlier than anticipated (4days from sign up lol, faster than ro). Since then I’ve only been more impressed. I was initially on an 80 dollar / month plan but they recently switched me to a 139 / year plan and pay direct cost from the pharmacy. That’s a much better price point than Ro. Not only am I a patient but I happen to be an internal medicine doc myself and I trust the team at Temi to deliver efficient and effective care.
