If I could give a 0 I would. They charged my card and within 3 hours I tried to cancel. They reached out 3 days later and refunded a partial refund and also told me they would help with my leads. Leads were not good and they never reached out to help with leads. I reported to BBB and to get the rest of my money. BBB took their side because they don't do refunds. I reached out again to see where the leads are since I paid for 6 months of leads. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they promise the world and don't !!!! STAY AWAY!!!

A few days after you signed up, we sent an email with access to our coaching platform and additional resources designed to help with working and converting leads. It appears those resources may not have been utilized, but they are available to help with situations just like this—including consumers who may be difficult to reach, hesitant, or need additional follow-up.
We’re still happy to work with you. Please reach out to our team so we can review your account, help with your leads, and make sure you have access to the coaching and support available to you.
Not one viable lead since signing on…
Not one viable lead since signing on early this year. They promised that all the leads are fully vetted and prepared to move forward before sending to me. Yet the leads either don't answer the phone, or they don't know anything about why I am calling.

While we cannot guarantee that every consumer will answer the phone or be ready to move forward immediately, we provide training and coaching specifically designed to help our members navigate these situations. This includes strategies for connecting with consumers who may have cold feet, are difficult to reach, or need additional follow-up before they’re ready to have a conversation.
Our goal is not simply to provide opportunities, but to help our members turn those opportunities into real conversations and potential business. We’d be happy to work with you directly, review your approach, and provide additional coaching and support to help improve your results.

I signed this agreement and PAID in…
I signed this agreement and PAID in full on August 18th. I have YET to receive a lead, or have anyone from USHUD call me or email to discuss anything, or an explanation of how to obtain leads. I did have Michael from Livewirebuyers(?) call to set up a website, but no help in getting lead or what to expect for the 12 to 15 leads a month I should expect. What did I pay for?

You absolutely should have received clearer communication and guidance during the onboarding process. The website setup you referenced is an additional resource, but it should not replace the communication and support you receive regarding your USHUD program.
