It was easier than expected and much better than commercial services that require the old

Based on my experience this website is misleading and does not provide any valuable services. The way services and fees were presented was misleading. Completely dishonest and as scammy as they come. I was taken in by their site, and I have successfully applied for passports for me and my children multiple times in the past. They appear to be an official online passport application/renewal site when all they do is fill in the form that is completely free on the .gov site.
