Nous sommes fiers de la qualité de notre service client et, en regardant notre échange avec vous, nous constatons que nous n'avons pas été à la hauteur de nos propres exigences. Nous comprenons que le problème que vous rencontriez s'est depuis résolu de lui-même, mais nous vous avons tout de même envoyé des uCoins gratuits en guise de pardon pour cette situation. We are thrilled you think our uTalk app is amazing but are disappointed you sometimes find the loading speed slow. Our latest version 4.4.3 should make loading noticeably quicker but, if not, we are keen to investigate so please contact hello@utalk.com. Many thanks!

Your 5 ⭐ review saying you really like uTalk has made us very happy, thank you! We love helping people learn languages and are pleased you’ve enjoyed using our app to brush up on your Turkish skills. As you rightly say, we use recordings of authentic speakers (not computer-generated voices) to help people learn how to pronounce and recognise key words and phrases. All the words and phrases you learn are translated in our Phrase Practice section where they are also linked to pictures because research shows this helps improve recall. We also use lots of fun games to test you on what you’ve learned including the Memory Game which you mention. This is designed to get you thinking in your new language because there isn’t time to translate the words in your head. Thank you for supporting what we do and wishing you lots of good times using your spoken Turkish skills!
