Played the d2 boss drop simulator and won for the past week… they decided to not pay out and told me the event has ended… so in other words they refused to give me the rewards for winning

Keep getting emails from this company. At the bottom of the email is says contact us to stop them. Well, I contact them and get a smartass reply and they won't remove me from their spam list.

I never had any trouble at all .. waited about 20 to 30 mins, got everything I paid for on elden ring items for xbox.. some items are spread over a few accounts so sometimes takes longer but I dont mind that..

Its all a lie i paid my money and NEVER GOT ANYTHING its a rip off DON'T TRUST THEM

0 stars if I could been waiting for 4 hours for elden ring runes and nothing absolutely horrible do not buy from them

I ordered several in-game items for PS5 Elden Ring (UTP2203196C9B9BD1). I didn't receive 3 of the items I paid for, even recorded the drop for proof (I recommend you all do the same). UTPlay support was barely responsive, then after 2 days of going back and forth, they said "order completed" and stopped helping. These items are literally free for them and I paid for something I didn't receive. I wouldn't recommend purchasing through this website, there are better ones out there.

Really bad. You have to wait for hours for them to deliver and you have to wait by the computer watching the screen as it could come at any point in those hours and you need to collect the item. Also they will try to give you less some times and argue it. I even took a video as it shows what you pick up from them. Just a bit of a cowboy operation. If you go to PayPal you can get your money back

Promise a delivery from 5-15 mins. Waiting for 3+ hours now and still no delivery.

My account was hacked and someone spent $500 on my account I notified the website about the hack and fraud charges was told sorry they pretty much didn’t care that the order was complete to someone else’s Xbox that they wasn’t going to refund and wouldn’t look into it
