Lovely personalised anniversary gift. Delivered within timescales. 1st time I’ve used would definitely use the again!

Items just as described very happy

Bought a neon sign for my sister and could not be happier with it! Looks awesome and unbelievable value for money! The website did say 14 days for delivery but it took 6 weeks. I emailed customer services after 4 weeks, they replied immediately with reassurance and then delivery was only 2 weeks later. All in all, happy with the overall experience and would buy again, only earlier!

What you see in the picture and what you actually get are completely different. The quality is incredibly cheap and you have to actually put together the hands of the clock, which don't even work after you attach them. It's not real wood just a photo of wood that looks really cheesy and is thin like cardboard. Complete let down and I want to get a refund.

Absolutely disappointing. Bought a personalised framed photo for a relative as a Christmas gift. They took one look at it and burst out laughing. The guys head in the photo was not complete and looked like a different person. The website promised a colourful photo, and what we received was a faded wash out. When asked for a refund, only 30% was considered. Another option offered was a redo... now why would I want you to redo something for me that lacked the standard of what was promised?

I will not rest till I take this to the proper authorities and a fair outcome is received. When you promise something, deliver. If you can't deliver, be humble about it, own this as your issue and offer a solution that's fair to your customers. Needless to say, I will never buy from you again. I don't know how you're still allowed to sell to Australia. We're usually quite strict about adhering to the quality you promised.

My Grandchildren and Great Nieces and Nephews all loved these beach towels. I bought 13.

It was exactly how I imagined the rose would be. I would definitely recommend other people to buy this for their girlfriend or wife!

Crap quality and can’t even get a return don’t waste your money

I would rate it 0 stars if I could, I bought a jumper with my chosen dog picture on it as a gift, when the item arrived, immediately I noticed that the picture of the dog wasn’t finished as the head only had an outline no facial features were added but the body was fully complete. Then the name of the dog was slowly starting to peel off. I asked for a refund but they could only offer 20% which is annoying as I can’t use this as a gift at all. One word of advice to people Steer clear from this company, poor quality and not worth the money.

Poor quality product.. cheaply finished and l am betting on the first wash that most of the design will fade, given how it’s imprinted on fabric. The fabric barely feels like terry cloth. It’s a great idea, design is interesting but it just feels cheap & nasty.

I ordered a personalised beach towel - my strong advice is not to waste your money. This is a very, very thin navy coloured towel. Through every crease you can see white fibres which makes it look like a cheap superficial dye has fallen off in irregular places. I brought some $8 towels at Big W that are 50X better than this and 1/8th the price. I very rarely write reviews, but this is so bad I really feel I need to warn other customers .

If I could give minus stars I would. The quality of the products are terrible, customer service is horrific. Blanket had frayed lining and a twrribke black like all along the stitching, the door mat I ordered has a big black stain mark on it and the stitching coming undone, and the wood ornament I got has burn wood all over it and scratch marks, when I first asked for a refund they said that the quality of the products does not effect the use and I would not get a refund. So I screenshot and sent through the refund policy and he offered 20% which doesn’t even cover one of the gifts I purchased he offered 30% and no more and I had to settle at that, the amount still didn’t cover the cost of one of the gifts and now I have to give these as gifts and apologise for the quality of them because I spent so much money on them and have used my gift budget on each person.

I ordered item over weekend with a fingerprint attached. Sent email Monday morning to cancel the order. Heard back from staff asking why I wanted to cancel and then was told even though business was closed over weekend the item was made and shipped already. When I questioned how an item with a personalized fingerprint was made and shipped within hours she could not explain. Website states these items can take 3-5 days to make and ship. Received item poor quality and bracelet does not even stay closed.

The towel was awesome. Only beef would be is it’s very thin but other than that I’m happy with my purchase and the blanket was awesome too . All the pictures turned out great quality and the blanket is so soft! The recipients will love them . They took a while to get to me and within the last week and no updates on tracking I was worried. Not gonna lie, but they were worth the wait. They’re Christmas gifts. Leave plenty of time for delivery would be my only advice, so you’re not disappointed if they’re for particular dates etc

If there is lower rate than 1 star, I will give -10. The product description is misleading and the product itself is poor quality they did not even state on the website that the product comes from China. I ordered a PRESERVED FLOWER as advertised with photos supposedly printed or engraved on the glass. Instead, I received a plastic rose inside the glass with a printed photo in a photo paper poorly sticked to the glass (with bubbles) some faces on the photo warped. I contacted their support team but it seems that they didn't care at all and did not offer any apologies nor compensation. After few exchange of email, they stopped replying and left me hanging without a resolution.

BEWARE of this UUBOU company!

Blanket arrived but was about the size of a baby blanket and as thin as a sheet. Not worth $10 let alone $60

The product is extremely small, not worth the price. I expected the clock to be a standard size but these are so small and the pictures printed aren't clear aswell.

Your website claimed 2-3 day delivery.. IT did NOT indicate this was coming overseas and took 24 days to deliver. NOT at all happy with delivery time and hiding where the item was being shipped from. Was ready to dispute my payment with credit card company.. will NOT purchase again :( Deeply DISSATISFIED!
