V1CE レビュー

Great products and service, John has been really responsive and helpful.

This companies service from start to finish in first class. They answered all my questions quickly and in a manner that was easy to understand. They made realistic promises for delivery and then delivered before date. Their after sales service is as good as their pre sales service. Also, I am so pleased they are thinking of the planet. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

John was accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly.
It's great to have a tech on a video call to assist with any issues; luckily, there aren't many!
Thanks

She took me step by step to answer each of my problems. Very helpful and got me my solutions very quickly!

John, quick response time was absolutely amazing and he was able to help me with all the necessary changes! Thanks again!

John Rex was very helpful, talked me through the set up and gave me a tour of how to manage the account.

My v1ce card. Great in principle but in practice pretty much useless. Two stars as support was actually pretty good. They really tried to make things work. When my 3rd v1ce card arrived that didn't work consistently I decided to give up. There's loads of good reviews here, so maybe I was just unlucky. Still, money wasted - they wouldn't refund me.

The way Nelli guide us was awesome, she was very professional and patience with me going over the whole process. I would recommend Vice not only for the great product they have but also for the great support. Thanks Nelli.

Wonderful customer service from Anna. Setting up the various options for our cards and needed some assistance navigating the various elements.

Anna was patient assisted and taught me how to do what I wanted to do on the profiles.

Highly recommended. Product is as expected. Very fast delivery and great customer service

We ordered the card in July 2023 and never received it!

Very patient to go through the process even when there was mistake from my side

great effort from Nelli helping through the process

First time i purchased V1ce card. I have finding difficult to activate my self but i emailed the help desk one of the help desk person called John Rex emailed and arrange the teams meeting and gone through in details.

John is very help full from the beginning to end. I am very happy about his service. I will recommend the Vice card to anyone

I ordered 2 cards and when they came, a key point of the design was left out of the physical card despite it being on the pre-design that I approved, this was the text "made from bamboo" on the back of the card as this ties in with our brand.

One card I have connected to my v1ce account and I really like the page design integration, it is easy to customise and looks good. However, the second card, when i scan to connect it to the account, it says it is already on another account.

For both of these issues I have tried contacting numerous times. By phone on 5 different days, never any answer. By their in-site text channel on multiple occasions, last message was that there is no-one currently available and they will make it a top priority to get back to me, and still I am waiting the next day.

After spending this money on the cards, I'd expect someone to be able to assist me at the very least.

Ana is a total rockstar! Thank you!

I was assisted by Ana, from the Ai prompt I asked to “talk to a human” and Ana came to assist very shortly. She was able to tackle my issue very promptly, absolutely amazing.
