V1CE レビュー

Bought my V1CE Networking Bundle which was delivered 23rd December 2023. I programmed my Business Card and NFC keyring and disc, however the business card NFC tap was not working. After trying everything, emailed V1CE for help... not expecting a response until after Christmas, I was surprised the Germine emailed me on Christmas Eve with the solution. Great product. Thank you.

Germine helped me to fix the issue within seconds. Thank you!

Germine from the support team is responsive and helpful. The issue is resolved within 1 business day.

Great work

Germine was phenomenal and his help was gratefully appreciated!!

Good, quick correspondence and help from Germine.

I've read a lot of stuff online saying how bad V1CE is etc, and when my card wasn't working I thought those reviews were probably right.

However, after a few emails from Germine, she reset my card (I had connected the card to the wrong account) and got it working correctly.

Thanks Germine.

John was very patient and helpful in taking me through the dashboard to add a new card to our account. I'd highly recommend the product.

After some technical issues, Germine was extremely helpful in finding a resolution and efficiently completing our order. Great service.

John who helped me was very to the point and made sure I had all the information I needed. I really appreciated it!

Quick to help me on chat and there was an actual human (Germine, thank you) at the end of the chat at 8pm UK time within 2 mins!

Germine was most helpful in fixing my problem and reminding me on how to do it. Many thanks.

We ordered 2 lots of cards from yourselves to take to a business show, and although they seemed to work when we first set them up, they failed to work at least 95% of the time that we were at the convention. This meant that we ended up having to just use conventional paper business cards again that we could have done anyway without making this purchase.

There money back NEVER GO BACK GUARANTEE

Money back promise is a waste of time wont allow return as we did not video the card not working while at the busy show, only told us 6 emails later we should have video the problem

Great product and great customer service from John Rex

Had a couple of questions about managing multiple cards we jumped on google meets and sorted very quickly.

Thank you Germine for all of your help today! You made it easy to recover previous business card accounts purchased by our company, and answered a lot of questions about how we can create a centralized business account. The functionality of the V1CE business cards and NFC tap accessory seems like a great investment. I appreciate your assistance!
