A traumatic experience experience with this clinic was veryâŠ
Very negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic for cosmetic surgery
My review refers exclusively to my personal experience with 360° liposuction, Six-Pack (abdominal etching), and BBL. Unfortunately, the elegant clinic portrayed on social media does not reflect the reality I experienced at all.
The problems started immediately:
* Poor care and hygiene: It took numerous painful attempts to insert an IV. I observed serious hygiene shortcomings, including staff carrying out procedures without wearing gloves.
* Language barrier and isolation: I do not speak Turkish, the staff did not speak English, and the translator did not speak Italian. Nurses and staff members spoke and laughed among themselves in Turkish in front of me; using Google Translate, I understood that the comments and laughter were negatively directed at me. I felt mocked and vulnerable at an extremely delicate moment.
* Patient abandonment: The care was terrible. I waited for hours to receive responses by phone or for a nurse to come to my room. There was no clear point of contact: I felt like a body to be managed, not a patient.
* Constant extra costs: Every need seemed to involve an additional expense. I was continuously offered extra services, and I felt that I received more attention only when I was paying. Even at the pharmacy, because of the language barrier, I was made to purchase far more medication than necessary.
* Serious violation of privacy: I had agreed to be filmed for social media only on the condition that I would be allowed to view and approve the video before it was published. The clinic did not honor this agreement and published the video without my knowledge. The content reached almost 2 million views and 600 comments, many of which were extremely offensive toward me, causing me significant psychological distress during my post-operative recovery.
True luxury in healthcare is not about âchicâ videos on Instagram. It is about being listened to when you are in pain, receiving proper hygiene, professionalism, and respect. It is about feeling like a patient, not a customer. In light of everything that happened, I would never choose this facility again, and I strongly advise against it. I wish I had read a review like this before entrusting them with my body, my money, and my image.
