Regarding the delay, even though it was a key product, it still needed to be processed through one of our suppliers before it could be delivered to us. This time of the year is extremely busy for all distributors, which unfortunately can cause slight delays.

We were looking to buy an inverter and we contacted Valotronics. I was assisted by a gentlemen by the name of Rikus. He was helpful and gave me all the information I required. Even after the purchase he called to find out if everything was okay and if we were happy. The customer service and after sales service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend using them. Their prices are amazing too.
