My go to for delicious and reliable catering. With many dietary requirements to accommodate in our team, I know I can always have something for everyone.
Not every company is available to deliver to our office on the Northern Beaches, but that's no issue for Vanilla Blue.
Vanilla Blue makes my job easier and makes me look good when organising events!

Review of Catering for ABNNs Conference at UNSW
Thank you to Gary and the Vanilla Blue team for your outstanding support of ABNNS 2026 at UNSW.
I wanted to personally acknowledge how exceptional the catering was across the three days. The quality, presentation and consistency of the food were simply superb. In fact, I had at least 30 delegates independently approach me to say how impressed they were.
Beyond the food itself, your team’s professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout. Service was seamless, dietary requirements were handled with care and precision, and the overall experience truly elevated the atmosphere of the event. The catering genuinely contributed to the positive energy and collegiality of the symposium.
It was a pleasure working with Vanilla Blue, and I would not hesitate to recommend Vanilla Blue for future events. I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate again.

Multicultural team enjoyed the beauty and flavours of a truely multicultural feast

Also loved the variety of food culture on offer for February - we have a highly diverse team and everyone's preferences were satisfied. What a banquet we enjoyed! Many thank yous from my team afterwards on how good our conference food was on the day.

Vanilla Blue once again demonstrated their expertise in catering, delivering an impressive array of sliders, sandwiches, and fresh fruit for my guests. The quality and freshness of the food reflected their commitment to excellence in the service they provide.
In addition to the delicious selection, the delivery process was enhanced by the helpfulness of the driver. He took the time to guide me through the steps required to properly reheat the sliders, ensuring that they could be enjoyed at their best. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and added to the overall positive experience.
