Hi Sarah, thank you so much for your feedback, and please accept our apologies for the delay. Our Customer Service team reached out to give the receiver a heads-up in advance and we arrived within that 5-minute window, so at least our timing estimates are more reliable than the weather forecast! We appreciate this may still have been inconvenient, and we're always looking to tighten up our delivery windows :)

On the frittatas, they're served cold by design using our refrigerated vans to keep everything fresh, though we completely agree, room temperature would be lovely too! Simply let us know if you'd like an earlier delivery next time, and we'll make sure they've had time to rest and warm up before serving. Thanks again for your comments on pricing as well, and we'd love the chance to serve you again soon!

It looks like this order was made up of scrolls (typically a morning/afternoon tea item) and fruit, which is likely why it read as an afternoon tea selection rather than a lunch order, meaning our team didn't flag it for the higher quantity we'd normally suggest! For lunch, we typically recommend 4 pieces per person, as noted on our website, to ensure everyone is well fed. We'd welcome the opportunity to help guide your order next time, please don't hesitate to contact us directly so we can recommend the best quantity and selection for your event :)
