How is this company still allowed to trade??? Bought garden furniture through bnq and most holes don't fit together, the rope has snapped off. They have taken 4 weeks to do anything and all they've done is offer me a new one.... Erm no! I want a refund. Beyond angry and disappointed. This company should be shut down

Ordered a mirror through Debenhams that arrived faulty. After engaging via email within hours, asking for photos (rather curtly) we have heard nothing since, it’s now been a week! Now trying to get support from Debenhams. Very disappointed.

0 STARS IF COULD ! THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE TRADING ! Bought a mirror via B&Q trying to return it is a nightmare! This company is no help nor is B&Q. Paid over £109 for this and they expecting me to pay a further £50 to return which is shocking if you ask me! AVOID AVOID AVOID . Also the worst customer service ! They do not reply to any emails or have a tel number !!! TRADING STANDARDS will hear from this .
