Chris was excellent at providing all the information we needed to make our choice of vehicle and kept us updated through the whole process

I was looking for a van for my new business and was recommended to Van Monster.
Upon arrival I was greeted by Jack Hunting who promptly explained the different van types and makes/models available.
He went though the options and demonstrated the features so that I could make an informed decision.
Following this. I test drove the van of choice and agreed terms.
Jack was efficient, friendly and professional at all times and was a good communicator during the buying and collection process.
There were no pushy or pressure tactics and all assistance was genuinely given and received and was a very pleasant buying experience. The van was clean and tidy upon collection and the guys who perform the vehicle preparation were very friendly too.
A great overall experience and I would recommend both Jack and Van Monster without hesitation.

Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable from the moment I got in contact with Van Monster. Got ne into a Peugeot Partner I was delighted with, but no fault of anybody at Van Monster it had a historical AdBlue issue which couldn't be resolved. In 24 hours he sorted a replacement van with minimal fuss. Hoping I'm just as pleased with this one. Excellent customer service.

On my arrival, all the vans were outside for me to view and take a look at. After around 5 minutes, Jack was sent my way to come and help me pick my van.

I told Jack my price range and what I was after, and he was super helpful and knowledgeable at narrowing down the right van for me!

The van I chose had vinyl on it, but this was removed for free!

The van was super clean when I picked it up.

Jack made the process seamless as this is the first time I had to buy a van out right, everything was explained clearly to me and he answered all my questions!

Jack was very polite, very knowledgeable, excellent customer service, very helpful, can not be faulted in anyway. Will be dealing with Jack and Vanmonster in the future.

People make a difference in a business. Chris has been very understanding of my circumstances and helped in all ways possible to get me where I needed with a new van, above and beyond any expectations tbh, thank you.

Great service from Van Monster in Coventry. Jack was particularly helpful answering questions and arranging test drives. Cars were as described and prepared to perfection. Issues raised were solved quickly and they picked me up from the railway station when I came to collect my car.
