Fantastic experience at Van Monster Leicester. I was in desperate need of a van & they sorted things out for me really quickly. Excellent service, would recommend. Thanks to Sarah & Rav for all their help and advice.

This is the third van/lorry we have had from Van Monster and we have always been very happy with the service. Ravi in the Leicester branch went out of his way to try and source us a truck following the theft of ours. Very responsive and has a laid back and non-pushy approach to sales. Ravinder was very helpful in explaining the cars history and functions. He volunteered information freely which was refreshing. There was no hard sell.
The test drive was relaxed and Ravinder gave me some extra information on the different functions on the model.
The office was comfortable and all the paperwork was completed efficiently and explained.
Communication was clear and timely. Collection was simple with all paperwork completed.
Other staff members were friendly and helpful at the Vanmonster office.
Today I drove 140 miles to Southampton and enjoyed the comfort of my new car.

The process from start to finish was great.
I'd checked the website and they didn't have exactly what I was after, so I made a phone call and gave some specifics of what I wanted to Rav. Within a few days I was at the yard looking at later became my new van.
Very impressed with the service and with the help I received afterwards when I wanted a few alterations making, which they did free of charge.
So yes I am a very happy customer and will 100% return when I need another van.

Good value deal from an honest company, employing real people rather than salespeople.

I purchased a new van at the Leicester branch the salesman Ravinder could not be more helpful. He was not a bit pushy kept me well informed went the extra mile we are really pleased with the purchase and the price paid I must add that the delivery driver Fabio was absolutely first class bang on time kept us updated and very friendly and helpful all in all a wonderful experience I would recommend this company to everyone

The staff at the Leicester branch really go above and beyond they are very thorough and informative. We didn’t have to do anything other than choose our vehicle! This is our 3rd van from here and we wouldn’t go anywhere else, there is no point. We had our own finance sorted but we got 5 days insurance cover to be able to choose the best deal. Fantastic company but only down to the staff they are a credit to you!
