From the offset of searching for a new van Martin did not fail to support.
Car sales men generally get a bad name for their pushiness and eagerness for a sale.
Not Martin, infact this sale was probably one of the longest he's dealt with, due to some personal set backs.
He did not pester or force the sale as we already had the vehicle in mind and had paid the holding deposit. Weeks went by
before he reached out and contact was to ask how we were and not about a sale !
This alone is a quality which is rare in sales
people and besides supporting a stress free sale. Guided us through an easy process, explained everything throughly and made sure we were happy before signing.
Martins patience alone would make me recommend Van Monster - Newcastle to
any one feeling apprehensive. A genuine bloke.

I took a test drive In a Ford Kuga at Van Monster and really liked the car but the car was a replacement for my wife's car so paid a deposit but the car was an automatic transmission and that put the wife off as she wanted a manual. So the following day I had to go back and reluctantly had to say that I couldn't go ahead, both Emma and Martin were absolutely great they processed the refund without hesitation and even went through the website to see if they had anything else that would have been suitable, unfortunately there was nothing we wanted but i was looked after very professionally and was disappointed I couldn't do business with them, thanks guys

Martin was really great, 10 out of 10. Explained everything clearly and concisely, and was very patient and easy going. Removed old highway maintenance stickers off the back of the van for me free of charge and then supplied a roof rack and had it fit same day I got van free of charge. Really went the extra mile, would recommend VanMonster and Martin to anyone. 👍

Great vans and lots to choose. The staff there were especially helpful, particularly Kurt. He was vary attentive - nothing was a bother when test drove 4 vans. We would certainly deal with them again. Bought VW T6.

2nd van I have now purchased over the last 5/6 years.
Neil sorted the first one and what a great van it was lasted the whole time no faults apart from standard break pads etc from wear and tear.

Martin has sold me my latest van and must say he was absolutely spot on,made the call got the ball rolling within 2/3 days I drove new van away!

Great service as usual see you years down the line for the next one!
