mike who i dealt with was a breath of fresh air as always.
i have dealt with him for years and he is one of the main reasons i shop with van monster.
we have bought a fleet of vehicles from van monster and i wont shop elsewhere due to service and after care.

Recently bought a car from here. Staff very friendly and professional. Not pushy at all when offering any additional warranty etc. Really easy to deal with. Car significantly cheaper than other dealers and in great condition.

Bought a car recently from Chris, he made the process so easy and was so honest. Would definitely go back. Thanks Chris :)

Bought a van from the warrington branch absolutely shocking vans paid a lot of money 18months ago for a peageot expert van and now broke needing a full new engine why I wasn’t told the cambelt would need changing soon!! and then for me to take it for a service before this happened for them to tell me the van was in a terrible state and looked like it hasn’t been serviced in a while or least not a full service he said fluids were wrong colour in certain parts of the bonnet also.
So not I’m going to have to probably buy a new van after 18 months will never use this company ever again!!

I was looking ar getting a van so I looked on line and I can across van monster so I had a look through the pages and seen a van that I wanted so I contacted the depot where the van was and when I got through I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Mike. Mike is based at the Warrington depot and straight from the word go he was great explaining everything to me and was only a phone call away if I wasn’t sure on something. My wife took delivery of my new vehicle yesterday and I must say is top notch can’t thank Mike at van monster Warrington enough great customer service
