Shockingly poor service and lacking in an ability to communicate professionally…
I had a really unprofessional cold call with one of their employees telling me how ‘lucky’ I was to have him working on my account. I complained and received a full apology. Then they tried to invoice me for a month where they had no access to my accounting software (later confirmed in writing by them but not elected by them!). Now they are trying to tell me I owe them a month’s invoice 6 month’s back when a previous company dealt with my accounts and at no point flagged there was anything outstanding.

Changed our company accountant to Vantage eighteen months ago, could not be more pleased. Great service with the processing of two years end of years company accounts and after twenty six years of trading, Vantage are handling the dissolving of our company.

A great company and amazing staff
A great company and amazing staff. Nothing is too difficult for them and they make us feel like we are their only client, very personal service. We have been with them for over 8 years and never had any issues. They treat every question as important and answer everything in a most practical and simple way. I highly recommend them

Ethan Speechley-Price my account manager and Mahmoud Allbabidi are absolutely amazing, despite my sometimes sketchy input data that takes a couple of rounds to get perfect, they steam through the job and the results speak for themselves.
Totally recommend them to any small business or entrenpeneur amazing stuff.

Vantage Accounting has been extremely helpful to our small business, Cusack-EHS Ltd. They handle our payroll efficiently, prepare our annual accounts accurately, and respond to technical queries promptly and professionally.
