Wouldn’t recommend. They’re incredibly slow to make changes and leave the accounts review to the very last minute. I’ve reached l the point where I am having to make the changes myself. If you want absolutely nothing done they’re a great choice though!

Good prompt support to queries on tax arrangements esp VAT.

Ethan has been looking after my accounts for over 1 year now, it’s safe to say that I have never felt in better hand's. He is always there to answer any queries I have and overall a great accountant.

I had great initial service from Vantage, having managed our accounts my self for many years it was great to receive the help and support. Unfortunately due to some internal system issues and some fault on our part we had some problems with the accounts. My accounts have now been taken over by Lee and he was very quick to organise a call, he listened to what I had to say and I felt he fully understood my concerns and the needs for our company. I can say he actioned very quickly what we discussed with a resolution that meets our needs and I feel happy with. I believe that in these situations is where customer service is really important. The service we have received from Lee has been excellent!!

Vantage Accounting has been looking after me and my accounts for approximately 2 years now, my port of call within the company is Debbie Gilchrist, who has been amazing. To be honest I feel if it wasn't for her and the teams hard work then I would have left and gone somewhere else for my accounts to be done.
