All the staff were very friendly
All the staff were very friendly, the part exchange of my old car and purchase of my new car went extremely smoothly, everything was fully explained to me, I received a big bunch of flowers and a nice thank you hand written letter, it's always a pleasure to deal with the Lexus dealership.

I bought a car from them in February
The salesperson was extremely professional. He listened carefully to what I wanted. At no point did I feel hurried or pressured. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the after sale care has been excellent.

I genuinely couldn't be happier with the standard of care and service I received from Richard and James at Vantage Toyota Preston.
From start to end, the team couldn't have done any more for me. From supporting my decision making, to answering the multiple questions I had both mechanical and in regards to the financing options, Richard and James were absolutely fantastic.
The standard of care, understanding, and customer service was second to none, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend them to others. I said this to Richard on handover day "I will never go elsewhere for a car", and I meant it!
I was incredibly stressed looking for a car and worrying that I wouldn't be able to work if I didn't find something suitable quickly. I wasted hours on end with other dealerships that left me feeling more stressed and worrying about the safety of the cars and the whether the information I was given was genuine. But from the moment I walked into Vantage Toyota Preston, I immediately felt at ease and that I could trust the team.
A huge huge thank you to everyone there, you will never understand how much I appreciate and how grateful I am for your genuineness, friendly manner, and 1000000/10 outstanding care.
I am enjoying driving around in my new car, still trying to figure out all the buttons 🤣 but feel safe and reassured that should any issues occur, I know exactly where to go for support.

Very strange experience
Very strange experience
Thankfully we didn't waste any time travelling over to visit the clowns at this dealership Lexus Leeds.
Beware the vantage online valuation means nothing once you made a reservation with them.
We received an offer for a thousand pound less for our present vehicle, but strangely after receiving the reserved vehicle photos, our present vehicle is in alot better condition with no issues to address.
Vantage received comments, It is only a valuation guide and down to the local market and surprisingly not the condition? ( very strange, thankfully other more reputable dealerships do not deal in this way)
Very poor communication once you start asking awkward questions.
After receiving an online valuation on the intended vehicle purchase, was informed that the dealership had just under four thousand pounds in that vehicle and surprisingly still couldn't manage a deal, wow....
We now feel that we had a very lucky escape.
Beware and do your research before any purchase
Especially with this dealership...

Imran and Matt at Lexus Leeds have been…
Imran and Matt at Lexus Leeds have been great to deal with - both very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They were happy to let me take the car out for a proper test drive, which I really appreciated.
There were a few technical issues with the car initially, but these have been addressed and are in the process of being fully rectified. Overall, I’m a happy customer and would recommend dealing with them.

In the past two years
