I ordered a vape and it broke within a week it had completely stopped working they sent out a replacement for it and now that one has done the exact same thing I managed to get about 200 puffs out of it then it had shut off like it had died but it hadnât as both times it was over 50% charge

Delivery with DHL is terrible
I have used this company many times and I've always had excellent service, however I ordered enough for free next day delivery, my order is usually delivered by Royal Mail, perfect! My last order was with DHL two days later I'm still waiting. If you are going to continue with DHL I shall not be using your company. Very disappointed and frustrating as I'm going on holiday and I ordered in plenty of time.

This company is UNREAL! They have an excellent selection of vapes at extremely reasonable prices. But what really sets them apart is their human customer service. I can't sing their praises enough, they're lovely, helpful, and not at all like the annoying chatbots you usually have to deal with.
