I have found Vape and Juice products and delivery service excellent. Everything I have bought has worked as it should have. I am very happy to buy their products and recommend their products to others.

So I left a negative review before this edit so if anyone read it, I totally retract it, my order was delivered wrongly ( not down to Vape and juice but incompetent courier). David got in touch and went above and beyond getting my order delivered on an Easter Bank holiday. My reviews have always been positive about Vape and juice and I stand by that because they rectified my issue immediately and have never let me down , also the product is the best on the market and at a great price, highly recommended 😀

There was a slight delay in despatch which was sorted straight away and fair play the tank was sent DPD next day instead of normal mail by way of compensation.
Email's were replied to within minutes.
Overall great service from Vape and Juice and I shall be recommending them to my mates and using them again.

I regularly order the Grinny Heaths on the website. The service and staff are great, always get my order on time and would recommend them highly.

Juice seems decent, just slow delivery, first time order with them as well.

Ordered weekend, was told it would go out Monday and delivered Tuesday, then told Tuesday it wasn't shipped and was being sent out that day for Wednesday delivery, it got shipped Wednesday and arrived today (Thursday).

Least it arrived I guess.

I have been using vape and juice for over 2 years. Tbh I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are both knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great variety of items and are always willing too order in something for you if they don't carry it in stock.

I have never had any issues with this company. The vape juice is far the best one I have tired.

I have purchased from Vape and Juice three times so far and I was completely taken back how great their Customer Service and Speedy Delivery actually was.
I love their Vision as an Authentic Genuine British Company who deliver the whole package from all angles to the customer.
Their You Tube videos were extremely helpful to me as a Newbie to vaping and so was their efficient live Online Chat facility in dealing with my Personal Orders and all their Technical Advice with E-juice and Devices.
I look forward to using them all the time now in future.

Two stars awarded on my part, only because of the Vape&Juice team being prompt on their chat with responses.

Unhappy with my order not being handled accordingly, especially if I've selected "speedy Courier Service". On the website it shows them utilising DPD next day and all that jazz. I always use DPD of avail, as most of the time they are good.

Perhaps I got caught in a huge surge of orders and mine got pushed back...

Ordered on thursday midday and hoped it would arrive by Monday at least, then was told "tomorrow or the day after" which just doesnt sit well with me considering I ordered a week ago by the time it comes.

The tracking order service via their email is ok? I think they're working on their site and its a bit of a hassle ordering at the time.
Kept saying "ordered - not shipped yet"

Anyways, defaulted to a refund as I ordered from another retailer before 4pm to get it next day which is reassuring rather than sit on the site talking to the customer service/operators.

Site looks amazing to use, just wish my order was fulfilled the same as how I felt during the transaction.

Im expecting an email "within an hour" to confirm my cancellation on my order and refund.

Hope to use V&J because mates of mine rave about them and they're on topcashback.

Maybe next time.

I've been using Vape and Juice's postal service since i moved from Leigh-on-sea to Norfolk as we have a shortage of vape shops around here. I find there service is excellent and would thoroughly recommend you give them a try.

I have used these guys for vape juice + other bits for years and they are top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Delivery is super quick and their chat function gives genuinely helpful advice quickly. Good rewards programme too.
