I've been using Vap at door for a long time.Great vapes at good prices never had a issue highly recommend .

Great verity of products to choose from at reasonable prices. I bought several different vapes and they all arrived very quickly and each vape tasted great. The communication from Dan when there was a slight problem was second to none he helped in anyway he could and problem solved quickly and efficiently. A superb site to use would fully recommend to anyone to use.

Can honestly say this is one of the best companies I've ordered from never mind the best vape company.
The customer service is outstanding, if there is any issue with an order they are immediately in contact with you to offer a solution, even one that puts them out of pocket.
The products are always excellent, fantastic value and delivered super fast.
Cannot recommend Vape At Door highly enough.

Abysmal from start to finish.

Ordered Monday evening, next day shipping (which costs extra).
Get a dispatch email Tuesday morning, with a tracking code. All good so far.
On Wednesday get a WhatsApp message apologising that they don’t have the stock of the item that was supposed to be delivered that very day, and that they can send me out a replacement for delivery on the Thursday. Not ideal, but it happens, so I agree.

What then begins to happen is one long string of lies, fluff, and absolute bullsquirt from Dan over varying WhatsApp messages, stating the item has been posted, and that it must have got lost in the Royal Mail system.
Upon pointing out that I work nearly daily with said system and that the fact that Royal Mail haven’t even processed the item as received by them, which means it hasn’t been sent from Dan’s warehouse, he quickly does a U-turn that would have made Theresa May blush, and says it must have been during their transportation. He then tells me he’d send me a replacement but they don’t have the stock of that item (which is still listed as in stock, even now on their website).

After 6 days of back and forth, today I finally get a refund (which I was promised yesterday, and never received), after being told once again the stock is not available (and once again confirming it IS listed as available on their website).

What I actually suspect is, they take orders, THEN order the stock, then dispatch it to the buyer. So, essentially they take orders under pretence, and create tracking numbers to placate people, and blame Royal Mail for their own underhand dealings.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute shisters. Avoid if you actually want your items in quick order.

(Also note other reviews here. Even the 5* ones often mention having to get an alternative/replacement as they don’t have the stock in. Absolute shambles.)

Since finding Vape at your door I've had excellent customer service! If by chance an item or flavour is not available (very rare) they WhatsApp to allow you to choose another allowing your order to be delivered very quickly.
100% all round satisfaction!!

The products have full descriptions and helpful advice before you buy. The products i have received have vwey satisfactory . Deluvery has aleays been prmopt and on time. Any queries or probkems have been quickly resolved by veey helpful staff.

Great customer service. Previously i ordered the same products and they were unable to complete the full order. They messaged me and communicated with me that there was an issue. We discussed other products and agreed on replacements and they arrived when they were meant to.

I've just swapped over to this company and placed my 2nd order really good value and great products will continue to buy from here

Easy website to understand and although they did not have the product in stock what I wanted they messaged me and see if I wanted another product and even thought my other product cost more they compensated it because of product not being in stock thankyou would use this website again in future

One of my parcels from has gone missing but they contacted me and r sending me out a new order witch is very kind of them over all I am please with the service

Parcel never arrived, even after paying for next day delivery. Dan, did a great job at informing me of what he could do to help after my parcel arrived yet couldn’t chase up royal mail to find my package and get it sorted. Not really your company’s fault but could have done better to help out a customer. Unfortunately i won’t return to use your website unless the parcel arrives eventually and i’ll take up the offer of free shipping and discounted price on a new order.
