Fast delivery and great prices

Had a small hiccup with a couple of bottles, so fired off a quick email. They came back almost instantly, actually investigated it (which is rare these days) and even picked up the phone for a proper chat.

Replacements landed on my doorstep in no time, complete with a few extras and a handwritten note that honestly made my day.

It’s the little touches like that which set them apart. Proper customer service is hard to find and I won’t use anyone else for my eliquids.

Great company with a wide range of products.

I was contacted via WhatsApp because an eliquid I ordered wasn't in stock and they wanted to see what other ones I would like so my order would not be delayed which I thought was amazing.

Would highly recommend and I will definitely be ordering more products.

This company are fantastic!!! I had a few problems with some pods I brought and without hesitation they sent me 4 new boxes out of their own pocket to make up for a manufacture problem. Customer service is a 10+. Great prices and fast delivery. It’s nice to see there still some decent company’s who value there customers out there pleasure buying from vape at door thankyou so much. My experience so far as been excellent, all my orders have been delivered on time . Overall I am so glad I changed my vaping experience to this company, totally happy with my device and liquids wish I had done it ages ago.

Every 2 weeks I order the crystal galaxy 2 pods . Always come in 2 or 3 days . And the package it long ways so the post woman can get it in letter box

Vape pods are ok…decent choice but delivery takes ages to arrive and they charge for the delivery I would understand if is free delivery…
