I bought 3 vapes they were delivered by dad around 2pm I vaped the banana ice and around 4 hours later the vape had a melt down light flashing and the vape tasted horrible I emailed vapefast and they did send me another vape via dpd so thumbs up

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I'm not sure whether this company are scammers or just completely incompetent but either way I would suggest that you choose one of the plethora of other suppliers if you value your time and money.
After placing my order, the one positive thing was the speed of delivery. Sadly, that's where any kind of service ended. The items delivered were a variant of what I actually ordered (due to the flavour I ordered being out of stock and wanting to offload some other stock I suspect). Naturally this led me to contact the supplier to report the problem. Initially all seemed well, aside from the response I received asking for a picture of the items and the packaging??? Whilst this delayed the process due to my work schedule I did as requested and eventually received details of how to return the package. The mail I received said that as soon as the return was received replacements would be sent.
This was not the case, after being harassed about when I would post the package off (despite my advising that there would be a short delay, as being a night worker, it is not easy for me to make it to a Post Office), I confirmed when the package had been sent. The reply to this message advised that they would alert the team to look out for the package. This was the last response I received via e-mail. I did try contacting via e-mail on another two occasions, including one advising that package tracking confirmed that the package had been received back.
I then tried contacting via the phone number on the website, the first time my call was answered. I was advised that despite the e-mail correspondence the return had not even been opened but that they would get right on it and asked what my preference was. I advised that ideally, I would like replacements, if available, of what I ordered, failing that a refund. Strangely enough this was also the last of my numerous calls that was actually answered. Despite multiple attempts to call again none of my other calls were answered. I assume that this is why the number provided is a mobile number, to enable them to screen calls of people they have scammed.
From my experience I can only assume that after failing to offload stock they wanted to clear on me in place of what I ordered they decided to just keep my money and clearly had no intention of refunding me or supplying what I ordered. I can only conclude the plan was to ignore me and hope I gave up. This meant I had to contact my bank and reclaim my money through chargeback.

The product did not live up to expectations as it did not last more than 2 days and I don't vape a lot so disappointed

Slow and not very good customer service
Ordered with next day delivery and took over a week to arrive. I chased my order up via email and all I was told was my query has been passed on to a colleague.

Aroma vapes
I spent &50 on the Aroma vapes, 2 of them had been opened and empty, another one was empty, another one just did not work. So only 1 working. The company will not respond to any emails I have sent them……. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
