Great customer service and fast delivery. Will be ordering again

This is the worst firm to deal with 1 delivery I had 1 vape was a duff emailed them no response 2 time delivery took 4 days I payed next day delivery choose someone else don't order from hear

Ordered with next day delivery service on Wednesday night, I knew I’d missed the cut off for Thursday but was happy to wait for delivery on Friday. No delivery update until Sunday night and ignored my emails until then…. Hopefully will arrive soon. I would consider changing your name because the service is far from it.

The delivery was delayed due to a technical issue on the website but once I contacted customer service they were amazing at sorting the problem out and getting the delivery out to me as quickly as possible and also kept me updated and sent me a pic of the parcel info so i highly recommend this website and would definitely order from here again!!

I received an Aroma King 10k and literally over half of it was missing. I flagged it up with the company and sent pictures and no response. Won;t be using these people again and strongly advise you give these people a wide birth!!!

When I ordered 3 x 10,000 disposable vapes for £32.99 I expect to receive 3 unfortunately only 1 arrived which was leaking inside the oackaging and although sending numerous emails asking for an explanation or a refund I am still waiting for a response ! I would not recommend using Vapefast as the thing they did fast was take your cash 💩💩💩

Paid for next day delivery & the vape pen never arrived. Still waiting!!! Have sent an email to the company to request a refund on the postage & for a new vape pen to be sent out.

Had a small issue with shipping but received a call and issue was quickly sorted out and items were delivered with some free items as compensation so I'm happy to place another order in the future 👍

Very easy to find the exact e-cigs that I needed. I was a little cautious at first due to some negative reviews but they mainly complained about non-working devices or burning devices (burning is usually user-error with disposables). I placed my order at 8PM and the next day it was shipped. I was expecting my order to arrive on the following Monday. However, it arrived on the Saturday - 2 days after ordering. That's great! Devices are exactly what I ordered and I will absolutely order again from here.

Great shop, friendly staff and fast postage, I received 2 Aroma King vapes however they both failed within 4 days one had the light continuous glowing and wouldn't switch off, only intermittently worked to produce vapor and continually drained the battery and the other wouldn't produce any vapor however the lights worked correctly. The store called me and were extremely helpful and replaced them so I would highly recommend using these guys and I'll be making future purchases from them in the future! Excellent service 👍🏼
