Cheated shipment
I would like to change my opinion but I can not because when I did not hold my parcel it turned out that she was lost. You sent me a second order and it took 4 days, but the device had a burned heater and a defect of oily oozing right into my mouth. I am so sorry I lost my time and money. good luck in deceiving people! :(

DONT EVEN BOTHER, BECAUSE THEY WONT!
I received a faulty item and spent a week trying to contact them through email and phone just to be ignored, when I finally did get through to someone they were just rude to me and refused the refund claiming "the vape is no use to us", like it was ever any use to me either? It's broken.They act like scam artists who once they have the money don't seem to care about sending you something that's even functional. I couldn't be more dissatisfied and disappointed in the product and level of service, I genuinely didn't think online scam companies like this even still existed. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.
*I've Had to edit this because vapefast is now trying to have it removed. Seems to show they know they're in the wrong and want all evidence removed.

I happen to make a mistake and it was promptly fixed as well.
Highly recommended with huge vape items to chose from specially the disposables flavours.
