Genuinely good company. When they had ran out of crystal 4000 puff. They rang me apologised and sent out the 7000 puff version at no extra cost

Good customer service, very happy
Ordered 2 products from Vape Firm recently, I haven't used this company before. I got a phone call the day after and the gentlemen said that they didn't have thr flavours I picked as the website had issues. Instead of cancelling or refunding. He offered to replace the products with different flavours, and apologised for the inconvenience caused. I am happy with the service I received from the company
