Hi. I bought a Vape Juice at the Alberton( South Africa) branch yesterday. I mentioned that I want the salt-nic and a 35mg strength but the product is very harsh on my throat and doesn’t feel like the salt-nic.

It feels more like the MTL😰. I’m aware that the MTL is harsh on the throat and with no rush.

They sell fake products that don’t work, do not shop with them

I ordered 3 mango juice 60 ml with 3mg nicotine and 3 mango juice 60ml without nicotine, total of order 725 aed.When I realised that I can smoke without nicotine I requested through WhatsApp to replace ,in my next order ,the 3 juices 3mg nicotine to 0mg.They haven’t accepted my request with very ironic style.

Very bad company and the most expensive

I got 4 puff bars for 100AED, 130AED with delivery.

2 out of the 4 are non functioning! Packaging was sealed, but straight out of the package they dont work! Extremely disappointed.
Will not order again from this website and i advise you to avoid doing so too!!!!

Update: after contacting the company they replied with (lol, we sell 1000+ u bought only 4, go somewhere else) very rude and unprofessional staff, no refund or compensation or credit for next order!!
If u think of ordering from vapeguru.com DONT!!!

Amazing vape shop in Dubai, it's 4km from Dubai mall. They have all vape products in shop and online store also. Fast delivery in Dubai.

Vape store Vape Guru Dubai is a Fraudulent seller with no social media and no way to reach them except a WhatsApp where he blocked me. I received 3 boxes of leaky pods. I only opened one at one time and the rest I checked a few days later. I did not want a refund. I only wanted my problem to be acknowledged and to receive store credit or replacement. I ordered worth 500 AED approx. How does he expect me to open 6 boxes of pods in one go? I couldn’t open all in their 24 hr window.
Instead the store person made fun of me for buying THEIR pods and blocked me. If you have another option don’t buy from Vape store Vape guru Dubai.

I received all our orders in the shortest and quickest delivery. Although faced one small issue regarding one device that wasn't working I immediately contacted the seller and exchanged the broken piece straight away.

Even the material of the product was very poor.
