I recently ordered a e-cigarette pod kit from vaping.com and originally had thought that it was sent to my previous address and not the address I had given with my order because of a conversation I had with my City Post office that told me that my package was delivered to my old address. I went back and forth via email with the company support team and they responded to all of the very rude emails that I had sent, even though my email was not very nice they were very professional and very helpful to reassure me that I would receive the order I placed. I received my package yesterday and it was not only early but it was the same as the order I placed. I couldn't have been happier since it was the first time I had placed a order with the company. Thank You vaping.com.

Shipping delays but excellent customer support
Shipping is a bit challenged but Sam made up for any issues there by providing updates through the process even when I did not follow up. Sam did a tremendous job and is the reason I would consider ordering here again.

Shipping is a bit wonky but Sam my support team correspondent tracked my order, routinely updated me without prompting and was swiftly responsive(within 24 hours of my sending email) which was greatly appreciated. I will buy here again.

Disappointing and Unacceptable
Shipping did not happen in the time promised. No tracking number or shipping confirmation was provided. Customer service email took days to reply. And then the wrong item was sent. Frustrating that there is no phone number to call to get it all sorted out quickly. You have to wait weeks at a time to contact them via email.

I will not be ordering from them again. I’d rather just go into the vape shop and just pay the extra 3 to 4 bucks to have my stuff that day. When they say 15 days your shipment will get to you don’t expect to count weekends or holidays like fedex and ups and usps does. Like why does it take so long???? It makes no sense! Up your game!
Edit to answer the person who wrote below: I have contacted support and you guys have yet to respond! I will be disputing the 175 charge I spent with you guys by Friday if I do not receive my product or get my money back!!!!!

First time buyer, 10/10
First time buyer and I gotta say I’m soooo pleased. I would normally go to a store around my way to get my juice and pods and when I tell you the prices are ridiculously higher at the stores compared to here, it was a no brainer to decide to put in an order. Not only do I get a great variation to pick from but the bottle sizes are waay bigger for a great price. Taste, amazing. Will continue shopping here from now on.

Overall...happy customer here...
Never got a notification of items shipped, but everything came in within the time frame I was told. I would have preferred to know it had shipped, but not the end of the world. Had one bottle crack open and leaked all over the rest of the items. Again, nothing major, just had to clean it up, and didn't lose much juice.

Great Customer Service!
I was having an issue with getting items shipped to me. I contacted cs. Sam the agent was excellent in getting back to me and informing me how to bypass the issue I was having. He stayed in touch with me to let me know about order progress. Great service, SAM!
