Single oven clean
Vaporclean attended today to clean a single oven which had been left rather filthy by the previous owners of the house. Disappointing Customer Service
The experience as far as the 'product' was concerned was ok. However I felt that the customer service was a bit lacking when I had to call. They have a window of 6-6.30am to start the job. We had an emergency staffing issue which meant someone couldn't be on site until 6.45. I asked if we could just move it by 15 minutes and I was rudely told no they wouldn't accommodate. I asked to reschedule and was told that we would have to pay again. £600!! This would effect if I booked them again.

Our early start slots are usually tight because teams, travel and equipment are scheduled the day before, so late changes can be difficult to accommodate without affecting other bookings. 6-6:30am start means they will be with you for 6am unless there are some unforeseen circumstances. That said, we completely understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when theyâre out of your control, and weâll review this internally as we never want anyone to feel spoken to poorly.

The gent that came was OK
The gent that came was OK. He could not remove the door of one of the electric ovens, cleaned the shelves of the Rayburn OK but not much else.
When he left I asked what was on the floor and was told âit is only degreaserâ. This happened to take the colour out of the slate floor and I have now spent several hours and used various products trying my best to hide the mark left.
I would not recommend the company to my friends and neighbours.
