We’re sorry to hear that the results didn’t meet your expectations in full. While we always aim to deliver a thorough and effective clean, some marks — such as wax residue or unidentified stains — can sometimes be more than surface-level and may actually represent permanent damage to the material. In these cases, even with the best solvents and techniques, full removal isn’t always possible without risking further harm to the surface.

We’re grateful for your understanding and for acknowledging the technician’s effort.

We’re sorry the clean wasn’t quite up to standard initially. While the team did return to sort it out, we understand it’s frustrating that you had to call them back in the first place.
