Purchased a Scooter and the Varla mini dirt bike. Very Happy with them.

We received the beta test electric motorcycle and its specs aren’t as originally advertised. It’s downgraded from what was emailed originally to me. The initial charger did not work, so we waited almost a month to get a charger that did work. Now the rear shock is broken after my 13 year old took it riding in the desert. It’s becoming a hassle and not worth the even half off that you supposedly sold it to me for.

The replacement tire and rim do not hold air for very long, im constantly having to pump the air back in once a day

The scooter arrived with a defective rear brake. I contacted Varla customer service who eventually agreed to send me a replacement brake. They wanted me to pay an additional $20 for shipping on top of the $1800 I already paid for a defective scooter. They finally agreed to ship the part without charging me for shipping. When it arrived after another month there were no instructions about how to install it, no qr code taking me to a download, nothing. Hopefully I can find some information online, as Varla has been completly unhelpful. The rest of the scooter is fine, exceot the throttle. It's pretty twitchy regardless of the settings. I may try an extender for it.

The bike is very well made and was easy to assemble. It’s very powerful for the price and varla customer service is the best

Quality product, seamless shipping and support

I own 2 scooters. An Eagle One 2.0 and a Pegasus. I recently purchased a Maverick. All 3 are super fun and I have not had any major problems. I have had to just complete basic maintenance and they are all working great. I had one minor issue with my 2.0 when I first got it and customer service was excellent.

I ordered the M5 and charged the battery once and now the charger does not work. I have emailed and then I got a return email that I sent it to the wrong person, this was a month ago and still no charger. Wtf, they are 20 bucks on Amazon send me one, I just dropped 800 large on a rebranded scooter that I can buy on Amazon for the same price.

Good luck getting in contact with customer service. My experience with them involves going back and forth about a refund. When it was all said and done they charged me $200 for a scooter I never received. I would rate them 0 stars if I could.

Never buy a scooter from this company because when you get a flat and you will it's virtually impossible to get another tire or inner tube that is the correct one I've been trying for over a year and they can't seem to help me, very bad customer service I havnt rode my scooter in over a year

Throttle Replacement
I received my order faster than I expected. It was easy to install and works great.

I purchased the Eagle One Pro. Shipping was fast packaging was very good to protect during shipping.
Quality is above expectations.
This thing is not for the faint of heart. It is scary fast and very comfortable to ride.

Charging the scooter and the scooter burned my house down last night

The scooter was purchased and it didn’t take long to get here at all, the scooter showed up and was easy to assemble, didn’t need any customer service or anything just put it together and I’ve been enjoying it since.

I ordered an LCD Display and Varla collected the funds on 3/3. Still today I have not received the item from the shipping company GOFO after at least 6 calls to them confirming the delivery address. I sent a contact request to Varla and to date I have not received a return call. Ready to put my Eagle One Pro into the dumpster if I do not get some immediate contact.

The LCD display controller's cord is too short. It won't fit on the handlebar in the correct place so I can't use it. I would like my money back but it is impossible to get in touch with anyone in customer service.
