I am only giving one star because I can’t give zero. This company is blatantly advertising for sale goods that are not available to purchase and then price gouging. Do not try and purchase anything from their website. There is a very good chance they are out of stock but keeping the item listed as available. They don’t take ownership and are not interested in getting their website accurate even though they have had plenty of time to sort this out. Their staff know items are not in stock, why can’t they just update the website?

I tried to purchase a dress for my daughter, order was accepted and apparently on its way. 3 days later an email from the company arrived saying the item was not in stock and offering a replacement for free or refund. Turns out none of the dresses I looked at that were showing the website were available.

After this email I noticed the same dress was still showing available but with the price increased to £249 instead of £84. I re checked and the company said that the dress definitely not available in the colour I wanted or any of the other colours showing as available.

Company aware of situation for a week now but done nothing to remove dresses from website of make it clear they are not available.

A company in this day and age should have proper stock management systems that keep the website updated so consumers are not misled.

They gave me a refund just as they should have, but we wasted a lot of time with these people and I would never trust to order from them again

Don't go near this company. Extremely poor quality product for excessive price. Returns have to be made to China if you can get past the repeated offers to reduce the price if only you'll keep it. Not surprised. Nobody else wants it!!!

Top quality, excellent delivery! all in all, they have gained a new customer!

Be careful!!! This seller scamming people. Items coming from China, very poor quality. Seller refuses return/refund. I paid for hoodie over £50 is not worth it even £5 !
Very disappointed. Don't order from this seller.

Be careful and make sure you're sure about what you're buying. A quick glance and refund/return policy suggests that it's a free and easy return. In fact it is neither of these things. After some cajoling I was offered and 30% refund (they started at 15%). I'll be sure never to buy from them again.
