First of all, we would like to clarify that we don't remove negative comments in our website if all information provided in the order details is correct like the review you left here.

Secondly, regarding orders not receive. We ship your items using the courier you have selected. Like other merchants, We will only know if the item was not receive if customers will contact us about it. After we receive notifications claiming about orders not received, we will get in touch with USPS to ask additional details to help resolve the issue. You may also visit their website for FAQ's regarding the issues with their deliveries due to pandemic.

As you mentioned in your review, we sent you a replacement. We are committed in providing the best service possible we can. We take care each concern we receive from our customers with utmost importance,
