There was some confusion about the completion of my at-home, state-provided COVID test. Vault followed up with me to ensure that the information they had on file was complete and accurate. The situation was easily clarified.
I must say that my experience with Vault throughout the entire COVID period has been invaluable. I'm so grateful that they are monitoring me and others during this very confusing time.
Best customer service
I called Vault because I thought I had gotten disconnected from the waiting room, Daniel answered the phone and he did some checking and got me connected. He was so nice and helpful. I told him that even though it’s a pain to have to test weekly, Vault makes it easy, every person I have ever dealt with at Vault has been wonderful, always helpful, always kind. Thank you all for making this a great experience for us.

My Covid test was billed to my old insurance by mistake and therefore my claim was denied. Vault responded quickly to my issue and collected my new insurance information online and provided a number to call to finalize the new billing. That call was handled in 2 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient.
Every time I have been tested by Vault, the folks helping with the sample collection were very helpful, patient and friendly even with huge lines. Thank you Vault for the great service you have provided during this pandemic!

My wife and I live in New Mexico
My wife and I live in New Mexico, where the remotely supervised COVID saliva tests are administered by Vault at no charge. The last time we ordered the test kits online, however, the system asked for credit card info. Vault graciously processed our orders on the phone, and we got our results the very next day.
I recently attempted to order a test kit for myself with the same result. I called Vault and Miriam gave me a state-specific website, assuring me that I should have no issues. So I tried again, with the same outcome. On my subsequent call, the young man who answered ended up placing the order for me and promising to look into the matter. We agreed that it was probably a software glitch.
In every case, the Vault representatives were so gracious and attentive that we consider the problem a minor inconvenience. This company hires the best and trains them well.

Test kit invalid
I logged on to my vault account, scanned the ID number on my test kit and it said the kit was invalid. I called vault and spoke to a customer service representative, Briana. She was very patient/kind and walked me through the process. The test kit was still invalid so Briana contacted her team and had them attach the kit ID number to my account. Briana waited as I logged back in to make sure everything worked before I hung up the phone. I appreciated Briana's competence and knowing who to contact so my testing could get done today. Thank you

Perfect experience with assistant!
Our assistant was so kind, patient, helpful and understanding with two very old PCR test participants! I informed her there were two of us and that I was helping my husband and would reconnect after for mine. She checked with a person in charge, asked for my info and did mine following my husband's test so I wouldn't have to reconnect! Fantastic!

I was trying to do a COVID test, but I could not hear. The zoom meeting got disconnected and I couldn't get back in. I called for help and Shanica was very helpful. She got me back into a zoom meeting. I was able to complete the test.
