Awful ordered a brush and never received it or got any update on shipping after still 3 weeks. Scam.

SO BAD!! I ordered a brush over 2 weeks ago. Not shipping, no response from customer service. Their phone line is apparently not working, I've sent 3 emails with no response. I'm FURIOUS! Do NOT order from them!

I ordered this over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times but have not received any response.

Horrendous experience - it took an age for them to despatch the item as apparently it was out of stock. Customer service was appalling, it would take 5 business days for every email response. It was almost a month from ordering to the item then being out for delivery. It feels like no other company I’ve done business with so I’d never recommend!

I placed an order on the 11th of November . I emailed the customer service for them to confirm shipment timing . After a week , no response . I have email again yesterday …still nothing . Very expensive for what I feel a loss of my money that I will never see again .

This is 100% a scam company especially if purchasing from the UK. Purchased on 2nd October and it said 3-7 business days. I emailed 2 weeks later about the brush still not arriving and got the same message as someone else's review that they were "out of stock". Had the order refunded after reading other negative reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

Upon ordering the item I was not informed of the stock issues. I was then given an Evri tracking number which indicated that the order was waiting to be shipped out. 7 working days later I chased for an update and was told told the item is out of stock and they would ship as soon as it was in stock. This is a poor level of customer service. Taking money for an order and then not fulfilling it is a breach of contract and could also be considered fraud, depending on the seller's intent! DO NOT BUY

Purchased on 8th October and it said 3-7 business days.I emailed on monday about the brush still not arriving and got the same message as someone else's review that they were "out of stock". Have asked for a refund but not holding my breath. Bought using a credit card so will be able to get the refund through my bank.

Ordered over a month ago and still nothing received. Scam, avoid.

Seems like a scam. No product after over a month and no follow up or tracking info. $100 and no products.

I placed an order on September 3. I have been emailing multiple times and Sophia keeps telling me incorrect timing about shipments coming in. Apparently I’ve been put on the priority list for a shipment, but then she send that shipment to someone else? At this point I am so livid I want to cancel but I’ve waited so long at this point.

I ordered this on Sept 23rd. It is now October 4th. Item still has not shipped and Vayose does not respond to my emails of a requested ETA. Not a happy customer after spending almost $100.

I contacted them after a few days of receiving the "no shampoo" hairbrush. It took an age to get here in the first place with very little comms until I chased them (initially the brush was "out of stock"). It did arrive, but it didn't work like they suggested it would. They made it seem like the brush would work instantly. So I contacted them and was told to continue using it for 30-days to see a result.

That's funny, I imagine if I contact them at 30-days I would no longer be entitled to that refund.

I've also seen others reviews where they've requested a refund but have to return it at their own expense. These brushes aren't cheap and I bought two (and got a third for free??) as my niece has the exact same issue as me where our hair is quite greasy the day after washing it.

Don't bother. It's a waste of money and the customer services team aren't helpful if you critique the brush. Whilst they were friendly with my initial e-mail to find out where my brush was, they didn't outwardly inform me of the stock issue, I had to contact them. Had I not done so, I'd have never found out and likely never been sent my product.

Ordered the hairbrush directly from the Vayose website. No tracking info sent, I emailed them a week later asking for the tracking number. They said they were expecting in a shipment at the end of the following week. So I let two more weeks go by, no notice, no tracking number. I emailed again, they said still a delay on getting their shipment in. At that point, I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. That was a week ago, still no refund. Seems like a scam company. I will file a dispute with my bank for the charges.

Absolutely bloody awful company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They advertise a hairbrush that will ensure you can go longer between hair washes as it removes the oil buildup. Well, this is a complete LIE.

They also state that it is painless. IT'S NOT!!! Ever used a spiky hairbrush before? You know when the round ends come off? Yeah, turns out theyre on there to stop it from tearing at your scalp!!! This brush comes by default without them, so guess what it does? Tears at your scalp!!!!
I would maybe deal with this if it worked and did what it said it does, but it doesn't. And it's not just my hair type - my husband tried it too.

Their customer service replies once a day at like 5am and aren't helpful.
They welcome returns, but only to a USA address at the cost of the buyer. This would cost more than it does to purchase one hairbrush!!! After insurances, you're looking at £20 MINIMUM to send these back for a refund. They told me they dont have a UK address to send it to.

Worst £70 spend of my life. Don't be out of pocket like me.
I was trying to make life with a chronic illness that bit easier by investing in something that could make washing my hair a less frequent thing, but instead I got scammed by this company.

As of posting this review, the even more useless PayPal has refused my claim for my money back too.
