Rubbish customer service
Out of the 6 tins of milk I ordered 4 of those were damaged
I called many times and no answer so I was forced to leave a message and I still had no reply back till this day I write my review
I sent an email with pictures and no reply
I love my products however the customer service was completely nonexistent

Sweet Treats and More
Popped in, not sure what to try, bought some chocolate tiffin cakes and almond slices for a family gathering as they looked so lovely.
They were both so delicious and went down a treat.
Will definitely be back for more of both as well as checking out the rest of the store
as had some really interesting savoury goods too.

Brilliant!
Definitely reccomemd this company. Sells some great products which I am looking forward to try out. The delivery took a few weeks to come due to the postal strikes, however the staff were extremely helpful and communicative - thank you!

Hi Kerrie, unfortunately 3 weeks does seem to be the amount of time its taking for parcels to reach their destinations with Royal Mail at present. We've experienced the same in our shop. Its really frustrating but the service level they are providing at current is not something we have any control over. We have added a DPD option onto the website but they also are sadly experiencing significant delays.
Regarding the advent calendar promotion, you placed your order on the 26th November and the promotion ended on the 25th November, sorry you were disappointed. Please feel free to reach out to us directly in future, we pride ourselves on our high level of service - sadly the Royal Mail fiasco of the last 2 weeks has lead to us receiving our first bad reviews based on services that aren't being provided by us.

I ordered the chocolate bombs and…
I ordered the chocolate bombs and chocolate selection box as presents, they look great! I can't comment on how they are as they are not for me but I'm sure my parents will love them. They were packaged really well too.

Do not recommend...
Told me to wait 10 working days before they could claim it as lost.
I emailed again and I received a copy and pasted email telling me to wait 10 working days. so I don't think they read the emails, they just literally copy and paste the response that doesn't answer the question.
I understand there is strikes but I have received all of my other Royal Mail sent orders from companies that I ordered from after this. Even my order from the 7th of December (from another company) arrived today via Royal Mail.
I will update this if they do, (or don't), refund me.
At the moment I would not recommend this company.

Hi Dee, as mentioned to you in my emails - We can only claim for a missing parcel when we reach a specific date (10 days on from the original due date of the order). We are a small business and cannot simply refund or replace every single order that Royal Mail have not delivered until we reach the date where we can claim for it. Whilst I understand your frustrations, we have given you all of the information that we can and have responded to every single email that you have sent us. We are a small family run business, a small team and we are working hard through all of this to do what we can.
If you have not received your parcel by close of play on the 14th then I will happily oblige and send you the refund on the 15th December.

Hi Diane, I note you did contact us regarding your order. You placed the order on Saturday 26th November and we shipped this out Second Class on the following Monday the 28th November (as per our agreed service level). This is typically a 2-3 working day delivery service. We then had an email from you on Thursday 1st December chasing up the whereabouts of your order. Between Monday 28th and Thursday 1st December there had been two Royal Mail strikes which would have affected the delivery of your parcel. It's a busy delivery period and the strikes are impacting many deliveries at the moment. We unfortunately have the same information as you regarding the whereabouts of the order, royal mail second class is not a trackable service whilst in transit.
Please feel welcome to reject the parcel and we will issue a refund upon receipt of the goods.

Incredible food, fantastic service
The food here is always amazing, my partner and I come here frequently, so we asked if they could cater for my partners birthday. The platter that was made up was fantastic, with lovely drinks and cakes for after. In addition, I’ve recently been confined to a wheelchair, which I understand that not all places can accommodate, but the staff were great and made arrangements for me. Really went above and beyond, which I especially appreciated in my current condition.

The marshmallows were dated pre Xmas but a replacement was offered immediately.
I can highly recommend the marshmallows…..delicious!
