Cheaply made. Design doesn't match on side. Jewelry that was ordered looked like it came out of a gum machine. I wrote a bad review. They responded asking what they could do to make me change my review. I told them I wanted a refund. They said I had to send pictures. I sent pics and I have not heard from them. Clothing advertised looks beautiful. But easy to see that Ai and photoshop is used. I saw the same items advertised on another website. Called diaknit. Same product images, descriptions and format of details. They both advertise as âknit sweaterâ but the prices are amazing if itâs truly knitted. Completely False advertising! They donât sell knitted items!!! They send designs printed on sweatshirts!!! Sooo disappointing!

Update: since I received the cheap thin prints in October I have tirelessly emailed there support team for a refund and all I have received is the worse customer service iv ever experienced. Iâve been offered vouchers that I have declined. I was told it would cost me $70 to send items back that I was more than happy to pay just to get them out of my house but never received the return address from them. I was told I was emailing the wrong department, the computers are down, there manager is off work, they need more than one manager to agree to refund me. I even sent a picture of there response I received on Trustpilot asking me to get in touch so they can resolve this problem and that there so sorry for the inconvenience but still I was past from pillar to post with nothing resolved and still no refund. The replies are generic replies, theyâre out to con and scam everyone and they are getting away with robbing £1000s per month from their victims. Iâm gonna take this one on the chin and a lesson learned. Itâs sad to see so many other people out there that have fell victim to their false advertising and AI clothing range.
