Very good service, from both Sajid and mdu. Very polite and helpful.

The engineers that have just been to my house to fix the WiFi called Sajid and mud (I'm sorry if I've spelt them wrong) were brilliant.. you fibre on the other hand far from it! I have had no WiFi since the 9th may. Been in contact with them every day, booked engineers in twice for no one to show up 🤦 this is the 3rd time someone was meant to come, the appointment was booked for tomorrow. And these guys came whilst on their way home, both shocked to find out how much I had been messaged around! I signed up with brsk.. not your fibre, and was changed over without even agreeing to it! Had nothing but problems since! Thank god for the two that have turned up today! They both need a few days off with how much they're messed around!

Internet went off Sunday evening. You fiber sent sajid and mdu who can on Tuesday and sorted issue.

Laz and Jonathan did a quick professional repair. Explained the issue parameters etc. Very polite and professional. Everlasting service by the engineers.

Sajid and mdu came to do our router check and they were amaizing ;) quick and very friendly and gives good advices ;) thank you soo much they should have 10 starts x

Sanjid and Mdu came today as ive had no internet for 2 days - they were very friendly, respectful and resolved the issue quite quickly. They even stayed and retested the line to ensure it was connected and staying on- very happy with the service provided today.

Installation was done yesterday but left without internet. Fsirh restored when sajid and mdu csme day after. They sirted issue strsight away. Top lads
